comfy designs large windows helpful staff
the rooms feature comfy designs and large windows. breakfast has both buffet and à la carte options, both are delicious. staff members were consistently lovely and helpful . the hotel's location inside a shopping center offered convenient access to various amenities.
the hotel lobby is on the first floor and feels somewhat hidden inside the shopping mall so is not immediately apparent on arrival.

decent stay, but some issues need addressing
poor air conditioning slow elevators
the hotel is modern and the location is quite central.
i found a few things lacking . first, the air conditioning struggled to cool the room effectively. even after adjusting the settings, the temperature remained uncomfortably warm. also, the elevators were often slow and crowded, resulting in frustrating waits.

decent location, disappointing service
rude reception staff terrible manager attitude
the location was convenient, but the service left much to be desired. i requested a late check-out well in advance, but the reception staff was not accommodating. i spoke with the manager about paying for the extra time, but she displayed a terrible attitude with no regard for hospitality. it overshadowed the hotel's nice design and central location.

shopping mall friendly staff great views diverse selection
I found hotel located inside a shopping mall very convenient. staff was friendly and helpful . restaurant located at the top floor offered wonderful city views. breakfast was excellent. It included a diverse selection of foods.
i found the lifts to the 23rd floor was slow. it often caused a wait because of the limited space.

the room was a beautiful king. the beds were super comfortable (i slept like a log!). the complimentary mini bar was a nice bonus, too.
the gym is located in the shopping center, not directly in the hotel.
